My data source is assessor role which is updated monthly. My fees range from $125 for a 300' radius map to $150 for 500' radius map. I am familiar with ABC and AQMD applications, CUP, Zoning, Permits, Owner Occupant Lists, Design Review, Radius Maps, Notification Work, and have carried out contract work for cities as well as engineers, architects, Title Companies and other notification companies.
